We meant to share this here yesterday ā€” but honestly, celebrating moms is never late. ā¤ļø

Happy Motherā€™s Day to all the moms, grandmas, stepmoms, bonus moms and mother figures who somehow keep the whole world running ā€” usually while making it look easy.

At Jackā€™s & Cantina Jackā€™s, so much of who we are comes from our own Mama Eleni. She taught us that hospitality doesnā€™t need to be complicated.

Make good food. Be nice. Take care of people.

Thatā€™s it. Thatā€™s the whole thing.

Her warmth, generosity and love for feeding people continue to shape our family and our restaurants every single day. Truthfully, thereā€™s a little bit of her in everything we do.

And while today is a celebration, we also know Motherā€™s Day can bring up a lot of emotions ā€” love, gratitude, grief, nostalgia and everything in between. Wherever today finds you, we hope thereā€™s good food, good company and a little extra kindness around your table.
