What I Learned From the People Who Use What I Invented
After 18 years with Flat Screen Clean™, I've learned that the journey of an invention doesn't end when you create it.
That's when the real education begins.
The people who use what you invent become your teachers.
When I first created Flat Screen Clean™, I was simply trying to solve a problem: how to safely and effectively clean a screen. Over the years, customers taught me things I never could have learned from a laboratory or textbook. They showed me what mattered and how they used the product in their homes and everyday lives.
They taught me that cleaning a screen isn't always just about cleaning a screen.
It's about peace of mind.
It's about confidence that you're not going to damage something you've invested in.
It's about seeing fingerprints, streaks, grease, grime, and everyday messes disappear.
And it's about that moment when someone looks at their screen and says:
"Wow. I didn't think it would actually work."
As an inventor, those moments mean everything.
You can believe in your creation, but eventually, you have to put it in someone else's hands.
That's when the invention becomes real.
Customers taught me that people don't just want a product that sounds good. They want something that delivers. They remember results. They remember the first time they used something and thought:
"Finally."
They taught me that people who have tried product after product aren't looking for another promise.
They're looking for proof.
And that's where my philosophy has always come back to:

Sometimes it's a television covered in fingerprints.
Sometimes it's a computer screen covered in streaks.
Sometimes it's a real-life mess nobody planned for.
Those are the moments that teach an inventor the most.
For 18 years, I've watched customers take something I created and show me things about it I never could have discovered on my own.
They've shown me what works, what matters, and what they value.
As a creator and inventor, you can spend years developing an idea. But the people who use your invention help you understand what you've actually created.
The invention may begin with the inventor.
But the story continues with the people who use it.
I'm grateful to every customer who took a chance on something I created, tried it for themselves, and shared what they thought.
Every review, phone call, email, demonstration, and customer story became part of the education that came after the invention.
And that's something I will always treasure.
Real Time. Real Dirt. Real Results.
That's not just a slogan.
It's a philosophy I learned from the people who gave my invention a chance.
And the journey continues.

This was back in 2008 when we first started.

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to bring customers a safe and simple all-in-one flat and touch screen cleaning product at a low cost. With new technology emerging every day, Flat Screen Clean™ offers an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, anti-static, and streak free product to satisfy customer’s needs to keep their flat and touch screen devices clean. We made our product as simple as 1-2-3 and provide the customer with the tools needed to ensure satisfaction.

Vision Statement:
At Rugani & Rugani LLC, our vision is to be seen by our customers as the leading-edge flat and touch screen cleaning product. Our vision is supported by four principles that provide the foundation for our product: Environmentally Friendly, Non-Toxic, Consumer Health and Children's Environmental Health. Children are more vulnerable in regards to the environment; with this in mind, our product is focused on both the child's environmental health and the environment itself.

When we first wrote the Mission and Vision Statement for Rugani & Rugani LLC, makers of Flat Screen Clean™, it was 2008. We had an idea, a dream, and a belief that there had to be a better, safer way to clean today's technology.
Eighteen years later, we've learned a lot.
