So….Bruce & I wanted to take the time to inform you, we will not be rebuilding. We did what we did, where we did it, because of what it was. We felt were not just the proprietors of Rooster’s but keepers of a piece of history and that is now gone. If rebuilt, it would never be the same, as we lost the building, we so much loved.
With the loss of everything, as it was our home too, we decided to start a new life and are relocating to Arizona in an area located within the properties of Grand Canyon National Parks, in the Lake Meade area. (View from the front porch)
We loved the years we spent with you but we’re not getting any younger, and it is now time for ourselves.

As much as we would love to answer all the blessings and offers of help, we have many things to take care of. We are fine, we are keeping warm with a roof over our head, have food to eat and a family to support us emotionally. It means a lot to us, knowing you care so much.
Please if you want to donate cloths, toiletries or anything else, there are many people who need it a lot more than we do.

I Guess most of you have heard by now of the loss for Bruce & I. Just want to let you know, we are fine & staying with my mother at the present time.
