Make a Wigle Gin Sour at Home!

Gin Sour ⬇️

1 ½ oz Wigle Barrel Rested Gin
¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
1 egg white

Build in a shaker without ice
Shake to combine, then add ice and shake quickly to chill
Strain into Rocks Glass
