Join us on Friday, January 24th for a tour at The Library Company of Philadelphia followed by dinner. Plan to meet at The Library Company (address below) around 2:45, our tour begins at 3:00pm, from there we will make our way to the Hard Rock Café Philadelphia. It is within walking distance, however depending on the weather you may want to grab a cab or ride share.

Please note, The Library Company follows the public school weather closings – if the school district closes due to inclement weather the library will also be closed. I will be watching school closings and be in communication with staff at The Library Company, if they close I will share that via email as soon as I know.

Curators at The Library Company of Philadelphia will provide an overview of the Library’s history and share cartographic treasures from the collection with attendees. The gallery exhibition Ghost River: The Fall and Rise of the Conestoga will be open for tours. Following the tour join us for a pay-your-way dinner just a short walk or taxi away, at the Hard Rock Café Philadelphia.
