My Dad and I have designed and built all my smokers. I’ve learned a lot from my first one(The O.G.) and this is our first one that found its new home in Jacksonville, NC. I did a test smoke on it the day I convinced Joe to buy it and couldn’t have been happier with it. Now I got something better to cook on during my yearly visits.
