After months of mysterious sightings and some seriously legendary cocktails, Cryptids & Creatures officially ends on September 30th!

Consider this your final warning: if there’s a Unicorn you haven’t chased, a Chupacabra you haven’t spotted, or a Siren's song you haven't heard, NOW'S THE TIME

Beginning in October, it's pop-up season at Nightjar!

We’ll be transforming the bar with a series of immersive holiday pop-ups, complete with brand-new themed cocktails, over-the-top menus, and plenty of Nightjar weirdness along the way.

Some people are part of the staff. Others are part of the story.

On Saturday, August 22nd, we're saying goodbye to someone who's been a main character in our story for almost 2 years. Tomorrow night, Kiky will step behind the bar one last time before starting a new chapter in Chicago at the end of this month.

We're so excited to see where life takes her next, and so grateful for everything she has brought to help make Nightjar what it is today. Please swing by and help us celebrate Kiky and all the memories she's leaving behind!

Three years ago, devastating wildfires forever changed the Hawaiian island of Maui and its historic town of Lahaina. Lives were lost, homes and businesses disappeared, and it's the reason Nightjar exists in Peoria today.

At the center of Lahaina stands the banyan tree — scarred by the fires, but still alive. In the years since, new growth has emerged from its branches, making it a powerful symbol of resilience and hope.

On August 8th, we’re bringing back The Banyan Tree for one day only. This cocktail has always meant something a little deeper to us; today, we raise a glass in honor of a community that continues to heal and rebuild. We'll be donating 25% of all Banyan Tree sales to the Maui Strong Fund for continued recovery efforts from the Maui wildfires.

Some stories are worth continuing to tell.
Here’s to Lahaina. Here’s to Maui.
