We learned so much about the flavors and history of IPAs from “Professor Cam.” 🤓 The food and beer pairings turned out delicious, but it was you who made the evening come alive with your great questions and participation. You all were so much fun!

🔥 Asian Black Prawns + herbed polenta + serrano sauce → Rich, spicy, and completely unexpected.
🌿 Shaved Fennel Salad + citrus vinaigrette + provolone picante → Bright, crisp, and perfectly paired.
