We’re Nicole and Aaron, and we’re the owners behind what will soon be Park City’s w**e bar.

Tannin Bar started with a simple idea.
Create a place we actually want to spend time in.

A place where w**e feels approachable but never boring.
Where the food holds its own.
Where you can stop in for one glass or stay longer.

We’ve spent years around w**e, restaurants, and hospitality, and what we kept coming back to was this. The best places are not the most formal or the most exclusive. They are the ones that feel effortless, welcoming, and just a little bit memorable every time.

That’s what we’re building.
