That's a wrap! Our first night is in the history books. Thank you to all those that came out. To those that had to wait or couldn't be served, we sincerely apologize. There were a lot of opening hiccups from product delivery to technology issues. All that aside, we made it with rather good reviews considering, and that was just the test menu. The best is yet to come! Stay tuned for more as the next couple of weeks unfold and we fall into our groove.

Here is a little teaser for Friday night. Come on by 300 W. Main in Palmyra at 4pm and enjoy some fish, say hi to our special guest and experience our test menu and give us your feedback.

Our hours will be 4pm-9pm this friday. We will continue working on our new menu to be released at our grand opening which is coming soon.

We will continue with our soft opening hours provided we hire a bartender/server. Keep an eye out for changes and temporary closings but the planned hours will be as follows:

Wednesdays 3pm-close, kitchen opens at 4
Thursdays 3pm-close, kitchen opens at 4
Fridays 3pm-9pm, kitchen opens at 4
Saturdays 11am-9pm, kitchen opens at 11
Sundays 11am-close, kitchen opens at 11

If you have experience in the restaurant or bar industry (servers, cooks, bartenders, host/hostess and bussers), we invite you to visit Seven Oak today, June 3, 2026, between 4-7 PM at 300 W Main St. Palmyra, Wisconsin for an interview. We are excited and honored to announce that we have officially purchased Seven Oak Public House (formerly T & D's Grill and Lanes!)

First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude and best wishes to the owners of T & D's. We appreciate everything they have done for the community and wish them nothing but success in their future endeavors.

As we begin this new journey, you'll still see some familiar faces around the restaurant, and we're looking forward to getting to know many new ones as well. Our goal is to build on what people already love while bringing new ideas, expanded hours, and additional dining opportunities to the community.

And for those who have been asking—yes, we do plan to reopen the bowling alley! We know how important it is to so many families, friends, and league members, and we're excited about its future.

Most importantly, we want to thank you in advance for your support. Taking on a business like this is both exciting and humbling. There will undoubtedly be a learning curve as we grow, make improvements, and find our footing. We simply ask for a little grace and patience along the way.

We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity and can't wait to serve you, host your celebrations, and become a part of your traditions for years to come.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the incredible support you showed us on our last Friday Fish Fry. We were absolutely overwhelmed by the turnout. From the moment we opened until we closed, the restaurant was packed, and we even sold out of fish!

We know the wait times were longer than usual, and we want to sincerely thank everyone for your patience, kindness, and understanding throughout the evening. Not once did we feel anything but love and support from this amazing community.

After 7 years, it was truly the best feeling to see so many familiar faces come through our doors one last time. The memories, friendships, and support you've given us over the years mean more than words can express.

Last night reminded us just how special this community is, and how blessed we have been to be a part of it. Thank you for showing up, for supporting us, and for making our final fish fry a night we'll never forget.

After 7 amazing years, it is bittersweet to announce that we have sold T&D’s. ❤️

Our last Friday night fish fry will be May 29th, and we would love to see everyone one more time before we hand things over.

We are excited to welcome the new owners, Chris and Sarah, who will be continuing the Friday night fish fry tradition and will gradually be expanding hours and adding their own personal touch along the way.

We are beyond grateful for all the support, friendships, memories, and laughs shared over the years. T&D’s has been such a special part of our lives, and we truly appreciate every single customer who walked through our doors.

Please continue to support Chris and Sarah as they begin this exciting new chapter. We know they will do a wonderful job carrying on the tradition while making it their own.
