Can we just take a moment for the CUTEST little birthday girl?! 🥹🎀

The Forky outfit. The little red bow. The BUBBLES. I cannot handle it. 😭❤️

One of my absolute favorite things about owning The Rustic Avenue is getting to be part of families’ celebrations year after year.

And this sweet girl’s family has been celebrating with us since the early days of The Rustic Avenue!

From weddings and corporate events to backyard birthdays filled with tiny humans running around with mocktails in their hands… I LOVE that our little mobile bar gets to be part of it all.

Because who decided the kids shouldn’t have a fancy drink at their own party?! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Fresh fruit purées, small-batch syrups, beautiful garnishes, and drinks that make the little ones feel just as special as the adults.

And honestly? Sometimes the kids are our toughest mocktail critics. 😂

Weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events… if there’s something worth celebrating, we’d love to be part of it. ❤️

I have a theory that you can learn A LOT about somebody by what they order at the bar. 😂🍸

And after more than a decade behind one, I have some observations…

ESPRESSO MARTINI: You’re either the life of the party or you’re desperately trying to stay awake long enough to become the life of the party.

OLD FASHIONED: You have strong opinions about things nobody asked your opinion on. And somehow, you’re usually right.

MARGARITA: You came to have a GOOD time, and you will absolutely convince three other people to join you.

VODKA SODA: You’re either incredibly disciplined or you’re about to order tequila shots in 20 minutes. There is no in-between.

MOJITO: You enjoy the finer things in life… and apparently making your bartender work for them. 😂

And the people who say, “Just surprise me”?

Ohhhh, those are MY people. 👀

NOW TELL ME… WHAT’S YOUR GO-TO DRINK?!

Because we have questions. 😂

Four years of bartending private events has taught me a few things… 😂

The person who says, “I don’t really drink,” is sometimes the one requesting a fourth espresso martini.

There’s ALWAYS somebody who appoints themselves the unofficial bar manager.

The bride’s grandma? Never underestimate her.

And somehow, no matter how beautiful the cocktail menu is, somebody’s still gonna ask if we can make a Tito’s and vodka. 😭

But honestly? The people are half the reason I love what I do.

Every event has its own personalities, its own stories, and at least ONE moment that has me laughing on the drive home.

Fellow bartenders… what’s something you’ve learned working behind the bar? 😂

And to everyone who’s hired us over the years… don’t worry. Your secrets are safe with me. 🤫

It’s been a little while since I’ve introduced myself around here, and we’ve had quite a few new faces join us lately… so HI! I’m Ashleigh! 🤍

The woman behind The Rustic Avenue Mobile Bar, the one growing herbs in her backyard, experimenting with cocktail recipes in her kitchen, and somehow convincing herself that adding another mobile bar to the collection is always a good idea. 😂

What started as a business idea over four years ago has grown into something I genuinely LOVE getting to do.

And if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m not a throw-a-few-bottles-on-a-bar-and-call-it-a-day kind of girl.

I’m the girl who wants to know your story. What you’re celebrating. What flavors you love. What you absolutely cannot stand. What you want your guests to feel when they walk into your event.

Because those little details? That’s where the magic happens.

I’m a huge believer that hospitality is about so much more than what’s in somebody’s glass.

It’s the way they’re welcomed. The conversations happening across the bar. The experience you create without your guests ever realizing how much thought went into it.

That’s why we make our own small-batch syrups, fresh fruit purées, grow ingredients in our garden, and build custom menus around the people we’re celebrating.

And why I’ve spent the last four years building a collection of mobile bars and a team that can bring that same attention to detail to weddings, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds.

I’m also a mama, a community Market organizer, and somebody who has approximately 37 ideas running through her head at any given moment. 😂

But underneath all of that, I just really love bringing people together.

THIS. This is the part I love about what we do.

The conversations happening across the bar, the guests coming back for another round, the little moments in between all the big ones.

Of course, I’m obsessed with the craft side of things. The fresh purées, small-batch syrups, garden-grown garnishes and creating signature cocktails that are completely unique to each event.

But at the end of the day, we’re not just there to make incredible drinks.

We’re there to be part of an experience your guests genuinely enjoy.

And after four years of doing this, that’s still one of my favorite parts of this business.

Okayyyy… y’all are keeping us BUSY lately and I am absolutely not mad about it. 😂🍸

The inquiries have been coming in like CRAZY — weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, private events — and this is the part of The Rustic Avenue that I love so much.

No two events are ever the same.

One client wants smoked cocktails and dark moody details. Another wants bright garden-to-glass drinks. Another wants a full custom mocktail menu. Another wants holiday cocktails that feel completely different from anything they’ve seen before.

And that’s exactly why I don’t believe in just handing everybody the same little drink menu and calling it custom.
