Paella Soirée 🥂
This event was one of our favorites.
We were referred by a guest from a previous event to their boss, who was hosting a paella dinner party and needed bartenders for the night. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be something special.
The host had a fun idea: a Toasted Marshmallow Old Fashioned. They provided us with marshmallows and we crafted a cocktail that quickly became the highlight of the night. It was the kind of challenge we love—getting creative and showing what we can do in the moment.
That drink was a hit… until we ran out of syrup. So we pivoted.
Next up: a Banana Bread Old Fashioned, made with banana liqueur and black walnut bitters. And just like that, another crowd favorite was born. Safe to say, we’ve never made that many Old Fashioneds at a single event before.
Meanwhile, the hosts had prepared a sangria that disappeared within the first hour. Luckily, we were able to step in, whip up another batch on the fly, and keep the fun going.
Throughout the night, we created a range of custom cocktails using fresh fruits, flavored sparkling waters, bitters, and the spirits provided. Guests kept coming back, curious to see what we’d come up with next—and we delivered. From a Bourbon Berry Smash to a Strawberry Banana Martini, Strawberry Paloma, Berry Spritz, and more, the menu kept evolving.
By the end of the night, the hosts and their guests were blown away—not just by the drinks, but by the experience. Hearing how much it elevated their evening is exactly why we do what we do.
We’re grateful for every connection we make and every opportunity to bring something special to the table. And we’re excited to be working with them again soon.
