My physique coming out of quarantine 🏡
Back in the gym now FINALLY!
I’ve been doing strictly body weight workouts yet maintaining the physique you see above. I had to adapt to my surroundings but still kept consistent with workouts 3 times a week from home.
Now, I’m hitting the weights once again after almost 3 months! Can’t wait to hit new PR’s and share some more workouts along the way. 💪🏼
