Thank you to everyone who has followed or shared the page. Love the input as well. Cubans, sausage and peppers are definitely being added to rotating menu plan. We all know my meatloaf isn't of the typical sort and will be available in some form!

Wings are still under considerations but with Wing Stop and the addition of BW3s in South O, I was hoping to fill-in the gaps more with homestyle meals vs fast food or quick bar eats. (Even take and bake options for families, holiday pies/dinners, etc).

So, I am considering this addition. Anyone have a clue to what it contains?!?!?!?!

So the Business Plan is almost complete. However, I don't want to under/overestimate how many of you want to not only drink but also eat at Corner Pocket!

Food ideas you would like to see in South Omaha, would families in the area be interested in take and bake options, etc.

Only thing I am set on is summer will have ice cream and winter will have homemade soup. LOL not true Ill post some of the other menu plans tomorrow and set a date for everyone to come down and vote.
