It’s that time again- this bill is backed by Big To***co (Altria) please take a moment to oppose this bill at the link below. (Mark con)
There is a hearing scheduled for Monday 01/22.

The intent of this bill to create a directory of “legal or approved” products is valid. Still, unfortunately, this bill will only help 3 major to***co companies keep their products on the shelf and will eliminate the rest of the industry. Only 3 companies have received MGO orders, and only a few of the very large companies with the funding to support a lawsuit (JUUL) are still pending approval. To date, there have been 1,240,522 Marketing Denial Orders and only 23
Marketing Granted Orders.

If passed as written, other than the 23 approved products (12 of which are currently available to consumers), all other products currently sold under regulations that currently exist would be forced to cease. This will not only hurt small businesses and jobs, it will remove over $20M in tax revenue.
