An artisanal small batched sugarcane barley corn spirit that has a rich Caribbean style rum flavor with Kentucky Bourbon notes. California Gold is aged to perfection in American charred oak barrels with french oak chips that gives the spirit a smoky oak flavor with hints of butterscotch and Vanilla. A class of its own yet it's reminiscent like an ol' friend.
