Our goal is to be approachable, both for your palate and wallet, while we nourish our neighbors and become a true community establishment. All of our dough, including gluten free dough, is made from scratch and naturally leavened, providing an eating experience that can only be achieved with a slow fermentation process. Vesta is committed to working with local farms and features seasonal produce and proteins across our menu. You will find main staples each visit, while also discovering delicious new dishes, as our menu will change based on seasonality and Chef’s creative choices. We also offer a full kids' menu! Owners Kristen and Mike have nearly 30 years experience behind the bar and are excited to get pouring for you! We offer an exciting selection of beer, wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails, as well as several non-alcoholic beer, wine, and mocktail options.
