The Doctor's Daily Tonic........

Blue Balls

1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz Lemon Juice

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a shot glass.

The Doctor's Daily Tonic........

Caribbean Sunset

1 1/2 oz Vodka
2 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
4 oz Orange Juice

In a Hurricane type glass, add the blue curacao and set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, coconut rum and orange juice. Shake well and strain into the glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry.

Vanilla Coffee
2 oz Vanilla Bourbon
1 oz Irish Cream
2 oz Cold Coffee
1/2 oz Simple Syrup

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.

Lush

1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Top Apple Juice

In a tall glass filled with ice, add the vodka, melon liqueur, peach schnapps and lime juice. Stir well. Top off with apple juice. Garnish with a lime wedge & apple wedge.

The Doctor's Daily Tonic........

Kentucky Peach

2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
4 Slices Fresh Peach �
In a mixing glass, add the peach slices and simple syrup. Muddle the peaches then fill with ice. Add the bourbon, amaretto, fresh lemon juice, and aromatic bitters. Shake well and double strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
