If you love Nobu’s miso black cod, you NEED to try this.
Our take on the iconic dish features buttery Chilean sea bass marinated in a rich, sweet and savory miso glaze, then broiled until beautifully caramelized. The best part? It’s surprisingly easy to recreate at home.
