Just FYI, I purchased (2) tickets last year through Groupon for https://www.manhattanbysail.com/faqs/ and was told that the ship had mechanical issues. They canceled my reservation and the only available cruise was for a brewery that I had already tasted. So they said I can select for this year, the season is over and still I haven't been able to go - I checked online for their return policy or to re-schedule and so far this is what I found -

In the event of a cancellation by the captain due to severe weather or mechanical failure, customers will be given the opportunity to reschedule at no additional fee. If you need to reschedule from the original date booked, go right ahead, but be aware that we have a 48-hour notice policy. Call us any time before then and we'll reschedule you at no extra charge. A predetermined surcharge is required for a reschedule within 48 hours.
Well S**t, it's been way over 48hrs! So what now I loose my $ for something that wasn't my fault to begin with?
I emailed them to see if I get a response, will keep you posted!
But be careful with this company, I've heard horrible things about them!
