The sweetest gift and the warmest thank you to Eileen J Spitalny and Alyssa Andrews of Fairytale Brownies for sharing these decadent treats with us. They wisely noted in their message “if you decide to share, make sure to choose your favorite first”. The only problem, original, walnut, pecan, lemon .. all super outstanding and quickly turning into favorites but yes after a bite, these will be shared with local healthcare workers! An extraordinary act of goodwill, Rami Rosen, owner of Gotan Cafes has been delivering food to healthcare workers all across Manhattan. We were paired with Gotan to help deliver food for civilian, Army and Navy late-shift medical staff stationed at the Javits Center who are caring for Covid patients. What an extraordinary act of kindness. We've been organizing food support for healthcare workers. Thank you to Fairytale Brownies for stepping up to the challenge and shipping sweet boxes of joy to medical staff caring for Covid patients at the Javits Center in NYC. Gratitude to UPS for making the delivery and to all on the frontlines!
