🍹: Que Viva

This spicy cocktail is going to be one fiery way to remember the Independence of Mexico. 🇲🇽 Que Viva Mexico!

Ingredients:
* Tequila
* Mango
* Triple sec
* Lime

Preparation:
1. Grab a chilled glass and add ice.
2. Pour 2 oz tequila, 1 oz triple sec, and 2 oz mango in to glass.
3. Squeeze a quarter lime and drop a chili pepper in.
4. Sip and Enjoy!

Impress your guest with a Royal Flower cocktail, the gin based cocktail gives you the Royal experience you and your guest deserve. The British Columbia based gin is inspired by the renowned tea and cocktail programs of the iconic Fairmont Empress Hotel and the Royal Flower cocktail will truly elevate the culinary experience.

Ingredients:

* Elderflower liqueur
* Rose liqueur
* Sparkling Water

Preparation:
1. Grab a chilled glass and add ice.
2. Pour 2 oz gin, 1 oz rose liqueur, 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur and top the rest with sparkling water.
3. Garnish with a few sprigs of mint.
4. Sip and Enjoy!
