These dancers were getting bodied and stopped for a photo op, they're far too kind!

We going up on a Tuesday, yall!

Galentine's Day, observed on February 13th, special day dedicated to celebrating friendship. That's right, a day to big up and honor your friends.

It's a holiday created by Leslie Knope, a fictional character from the hit show, "Parks and Recreation". It is now a widely recognized fake holiday, but how we feel about Galentine's Day is very real!

Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing their central role in U.S. history. Also known as African American History Month, the event grew out of “Negro History Week,” the brainchild of noted historian Carter G. Woodson and other prominent African Americans.

Since 1976, every U.S. president has officially designated the month of February as Black History Month.

Other countries around the world, including Canada and the United Kingdom, also devote a month to celebrating Black history.

In addition to sharing our Boozy Truths, Speakeasies and Vintage Content, we're hopping thru time and the globe with Black Quotes, Pics and Love!
