After a week of stormy weather, Chef Todd has prepared some fresh takes on Southern classics.

Crispy Chicken Kale Caesar Salad | Last week it stole the show, Now it’s back and leveled up. Ripped kale tossed in house Caesar with grated parm, tangy pickled shallots, and crispy chicken nuggets piled on top.

Short Rib French Dip Sandwich | Slow-cooked chopped short rib with sweet onions and peppers, stuffed into a toasted hoagie. Golden fries on the side and a rich short rib au jus built for serious dunking. Messy, beefy, rainy-day perfect.

We have two new specials for you this week, sophisticated seafood or a crispy comfort classic!

Market Fish - Seared Lemonfish Served on a black garlic and smoked onion soubise. Finished with crawfish tails, blanched & grilled asparagus, lemon butter, and a shellfish jus.

Lunch Sandwich - Crispy Fried Chicken Thigh Topped with sliced cabbage, candied jalapeños, green onions, and Tabasco mash mayo. Served on a poppy seed bun with a side of fries.

Lunch Salad - Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad Fresh strawberries, celery, black pepper goat cheese, toasted almonds, and pickled shallots, tossed in a bright lemon vinaigrette.
