Happy New Year everyone!
We are very excited that the season has returned. But although we are as excited as you, we will continue to wait for better quality batches to start arriving. Meaning bigger, better tasting and better looking crawfish.

Opening Boil Day is contingent on when the larger crawfish will start to arrive. We are looking to have the first boil of the season as late as late February or early March.
