I’m a day late, but we were on time yesterday. Fresh off the plane, we went to on a beautiful Indigenous Peoples’ Day afternoon. Beers are all lovely, but the Rise to the Sun Blue Corn saison(right) was exquisite. The aroma and flavors were on the money, but the light, effervescent body elevated it to *chef’s kiss* status for me.
