Meet our amazing DJ for Sapphic Summer!!! 💿
Arlene Torres, aka AR, born in Queens, NY and raised in Hartford, CT, is a DJ, producer, model, and multidisciplinary artist whose work is rooted in connection, creativity, and self-expression. Through sound, art, and community, AR aspires to inspire others to feel seen, free, and fully themselves.

3 fun facts about AR:
• She used to play violin in elementary school
• She owns a healing and wellness brand called The Zen Dealer
• She loves stopping to smell the flowers — literally and metaphorically

Emily will be slinging le***an libations alllll night on June 6th. A bartender at Old Heidelberg in NHV, I asked her what she’s looking forward to about our Sapphic Summer event: I am excited to kick off Pride by getting all the local g**s a little tipsy :) also, we don’t have female-centric q***r spaces! women need secluded spaces, especially q***r women, especially nonwhite women. women are so often deincentized to go out knowing the environments they will have to navigate and having a space to ourselves removes the need for hyper-vigilance a bit :)

I make the best espresso martinis and old fashioneds in town so stop being a homebody and come out here :)))

I’m a huge women’s basketball fan, I’m moving to Philly later this year, and I have seen/will see Hayley Williams three times this year!

Have no idea what any of the words on the label mean? I’ll demystify terms while suggesting (and as you taste) delicious food pairings. I’ll walk you through the different types of dessert wines and techniques that winemakers use to bring out optimum sweetness, flavors, and lusciousness. I may throw in some festive surprises too 🤷🏻‍♀️ 💗
