Send this page a facebook message with your real name, page, email, phone number and desired performance date. ew, Giggly Wrigley at Wrigley Field Bar & Grill every Tuesday at 8pm run by Alex Eakin. Laughs at the Mambo Room Every Wednesday Night run by MMJ Comedy Anthony Racic & Kinta Dowdell, & Broken Pencil Improv you can find them all on Facebook. What is this showcase and why have one? This Showcase primary purpose is to hire comedians for the 3 venues that Fort Wayne Comedy books. Also looking to see who can do the colleges and corporate shows we book. As a bonus, other bookers will often be in attendance watching the showcase for their hiring needs as well. The performers in the showcase are artists seeking road work, and wanting to advance their career further. The club will provide pizza and beverages for the performers. Expectations of Performers on The Pro-amateur Comedy showcase

a) Must check in by 7:30
b) Must be present for entire show. The shows are typically 90 minutes in length, it’s distracting for the performer on stage when people get up and walk outside. c) Must support all performers, no excessive talking during performances, don’t heckle others, be of encouragement to all, be respectful of the art. d) No drinks on stage
e) Do material, crowd work discouraged. Act as if you are showcasing for AGT, Last Comic Standing, or Conan’s show. f) Do your time, respect the light
g) Dress professional if you have to ask if something is okay it probably isn’t. (We are looking for the right image to send to the various paid gigs)
h) Content, we won’t censor what you can or cannot say on the stage. You have a small amount of stage time to impress club owner, potential bookers, and most importantly an audience. Offensive for the sake of being offensive, without any comedic value is grounds to have mic cut off, your removal from stage, and not being invited back. i) Respect the servers, bartenders, hostess, and other staff. Misc notes. Indiana has not yet legalized ma*****na for any use, arriving at the club reeking of ma*****na smoke will cancel your performance. Arriving or becoming drunk during the show will cancel your performance and likely bar you from future shows. Disruptive behavior to the operation of the business and the show will cancel your performance, bar you from the establishment and depending on what you do might even lead to your arrest.

to me

Hi Michael,

Thank you so much for taking my call today! To recap, my name is Taylor and I am a casting associate producer for America's Got Talent. I reached out because we are now underway with auditions for Season 16 and due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken our audition process virtual.

As such, we are conducting virtual open calls and accepting video audition submissions for this season. As I stated on the phone, we have a Midwest virtual open call on February 3rd! However, we have other open call dates available. We are looking for talent in all age ranges and genres, whether it be solo or groups, in an effort to make this season a success. With the audition process having gone virtual, you can audition right from home!

If you know of any talent that you feel would be a good fit, please feel free to spread the word! Interested talent can register for an open call slot or submit their videos using the link below. Please note, if any talent is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to register on their behalf. For the producer drop down, please select "Taylor" so I can track the applications.
