Outpost Family, we need your feedback!

Yesterday, Tara smoked a batch of chicken wings and put them out on the hot bar. To our surprise, they completely sold out!

Now we’re considering making them a regular item and keeping them available in our grab-and-go warmer.

First question: If you were lucky enough to get some yesterday, what did you think? Did you enjoy them?

Second question: After figuring food cost, prep time, smoking time, labor, and packaging, we’d likely need to offer them as a 5-piece pack for around $7.00–$7.50.

Would that be something you’d buy?

We’re looking for honest feedback. If there’s enough demand, we’ll make it happen. If not, we’ll focus our time and energy on other items.

We’re talkin’ fluffy eggs, melty cheese, sausage crumble, bacon, chicken or even bologna, and a scoop of that hashbrown casserole—wrapped up tight and toasted till it’s golden and irresistible. 🔥
