Some people say happy cows are in California some say Wisconsin but I'm telling you happy cows are from Texas! Once a week our cows here at Salute brewing get beer mixed with spent grains yeast and trub. Its Happy hour day!

Today while brewing some beer here at Salute Brewing an old Chris Ledoux song (Mighty lucky man) starting playing. I had a huge smile instantly. It made me think about how rich I am! I have a beautiful wife that is healing, I have 2 great dogs, chickens and cows bellering in my beautiful pasture filled with wildflowers. I'm a mighty luck man!!!!

Brewing today with Ben Huser. Trying the first beer I ever brewed. My Grandfather tried this beer and said it was like the beer he had before going to Europe For WW2.
