Currently living in Northern California - Otter is the California Chapter Head of 1200Hustle (A Premier EDM Squad). Resident with Fraktured SF, and is a member of Dub Chamber Crew based out of San Diego/Los Angeles.

Gifted with a passion is to push underground dance music across all genres. Having released numerous records on labels both Stateside and throughout the UK/Europe. Andrei Olenev is a music producer from Northern California, currently making music under the name “Iterate.” Andrei has been a staple of the west coast bass music/ glitch hop sound for the last 15 years. Under his previous monikers, “Andreilien” and “Heyoka,” he toured extensively to festivals and clubs around the world, including Burning Man, Symbiosis, Boom Festival, Lightning in a Bottle, Envision, Sonic Bloom, Earthfreq and Shambhala. Over the years, Andrei has had an evolving sound, drawing influence from various genres without confining itself to any particular one, and always with a unique twist. His current project, “Iterate,” continues his musical evolution, with a focus on hip hop beats, breaks, deep bass, intricate glitch edits and psychedelic sound design.

“Iterate” emerged after Andrei took time from touring to change his production process and develop his sound in a new direction. He switched DAW’s to Bitwig and created a collection of custom “Grid” patches geared towards glitch production, many of which take influence from hardware groove boxes and trackers. Andrei is a certified Bitwig trainer, and has a growing online collection of tutorials on Bitwig.
