Po’Boys and Poets is stepping into the Frist. ✨🖤
On December 7, we are bringing our poetry gallery tour to the Frist Art Museum for a special 30 minute performance inside the new African Masquerade exhibit in the Ingram Gallery. 🎭🏛️

Spoke, Lady Flame and Kenny Rae will be performing live in front of selected pieces, breathing voice into the visuals and honoring the artistry of our ancestors in real time. 🔥📜

This is big for us. This is community work. Culture work. Heart work. And we are proud to stand in this space and share it with you. 🙏🏽✨

This Friday Nov 21st we are turning our open mic into a food drive night to support the Napier community Thanksgiving dinner happening the very next day. 🙏🏾❤️

If you are pulling up to watch perform or touch the mic with your truth we are asking everyone who can afford it to bring something to help a family eat this holiday season. Every bit counts.
