For everyone new to my page - in Orlando, Naples, and beyond - I want to say hi 👋🏻 and introduce myself.

My name is Jennifer Ohlman and I’m the Strategic Growth Manager for Compass in both Southwest Florida and Central Florida. I’m based in Naples, FL and I actually grew up here as well.

Real estate runs in my blood as both my parents were real estate brokers and developers who helped build our beautiful slice of paradise. In my role, I’m passionate about developing strategic partnerships with top agents and entire brokerages and Compass.

If you’re not familiar with Compass - we are the number one residential real estate brokerage in the United States by Gross Transactiom Volume for 4 years running with $216B in 2024. We have our own proprietary technology platform, an in-house luxury marketing and advertising agency, and a plethora of support and training to propel our agents to grow their business and save time. We also own Christie’s International, allowing unparalleled access to an international market of ultra high-net worth clientele.

When I’m not working, I love to enjoy the benefits of living in Southwest Florida including boating, golf, pickleball, dining and shopping with friends and family. We always have a vibrant diversity of fun activities to choose from here and, after living in many places, I’m so happy to call Naples home again.
