Sorry for being so late on this, but here’s the volunteer signups from 2019 for last years reunion. Please let me know as soon as possible if you originally volunteered but aren’t able to make it or provide the items.

Please let me know if other arrangements need to be made for these and I will do my best to provide. Keep your receipts and turn in to Jeremy Hatcher the day of to be reimbursed.

And of course, if you didn’t volunteer at the last reunion, there’s plenty of opportunity to decide which product you can volunteer for next year!!! 😁

After much deliberation, and with heavy hearts, we are announcing that the Downs Family reunion scheduled for August 2, 2020 is now cancelled. We weighed our options and tried to figure out a way to keep everyone safe and healthy, but we feel the safest thing to do at this time is to cancel the reunion for this year.

Please don’t forget about us!!! Plans are already underway for the 2021 reunion! Please let your extended family know and once the pavilion is rented for next year, the event invite will be posted.
