This is Nic. I thought I would address the stuff being said on the other feed store page.(sice I can't do it on there) So here is the deal. Trea and I had a deal. A down payment and then payments. And when I went to trea for the first payment he told me that he wanted the rest all upfront. Witch he said he wanted once I sold my shop in cali. Changing the deal we had AFTER he took the down and it was long gone. California then burned to the ground. Effecting the shop and I havent seen a dime from that. Treas next step was to tell e
Me that we need to sell the bar and both get our money out. And claimed he had a buyer. I did not wanna sell but I agreed. Just because of my personal issues and he clearly needed money. Fast forward a week and I get a text saying he had a deal. But that he was gonna repo the bar and he was selling it for half of what it was ever for sale before. Two things one he clearly does not know the law. Once he took that down it was no longer his bar and he devalued the bar. 2 that day I got a lawyer on it. Told Trea to that I won't deal with him personally anymore and he needs to serve me pappers for court. That was was almost 5 months ago. Now I will say and I told Trea that I didnt take it personally I knew he was trying to take care of himself and his family (by pushing me out) I get it. But I also have to take care of me and mine. I am not here to attack anyone or go online boohooing like a school girl. I am just waiting on court. Then we will see if I wanna be petty and put out some good text messages that can effect some relationships. But probably not because I truly dont even think of Trea or his family. I actually like them. Good or bad. But I love staying on their minds like this.
Now for the other person talking s**t.. I will be a little petty. I didnt hire you. Country did and after that all you did was bad mouth her. I didnt even know what you were being paid. I paid one week just what you said you were owed. Huge inflation of what you think your skill level is. Got some many compliments when you were working. Your second week I didnt see you When you finally text me all you did was talk s**t. I didnt even know who the f**k it was. So you got told off. $350? s**t. Come get it. I dont care. You have my number. i am not gonna get into a pi***ng match with anyone. I am not gonna respond or even read comments. Just wanted to say my piece.The only reason I ever wrote is because friends are bothered .I dont care. We are just documenting it all for court.. oh and I wanna say congratulations to Curtis and Angel. They really care are want to make it a great place for everyone around there.
