When I started my fitness journey and clean eating lifestyle just one year ago at Studio V Pliates and Fitness I was shocked to realized that eating clean was a foreign concept to the majority of the Central Valley. I am a social butterfly and constantly on the go.... so finding clean, healthy options is always challenging. I quickly made it my goal in 2013 to build awareness about all natural ing

redients, eating clean and sourcing Gluten Free options. This is my community dedicated to healthier living, clean eats, events and support for all those struggling to live a "cleaner diet"! I have teamed up with my trainer and owner of Studio V Pilates Victoria Popov to bring you this community. We hope that you will engage, share and help add to our collection of local eat and clean cocktails! Please join us on the 3rd Thursday of Every Month for "Clean Eats Cocktail Party" where you can join us for healthy swaps! This event will be $20 inclusive of a variety of clean appetizers and 1 Cold House Vodka~ Gluten Free, All Natural Cocktail.
