Bubby Tinto de Verano is pure summer magic! Crisp Spanish red meets bright lemon and Prosecco fizz for the ultimate refreshing pour. Light, citrusy, dangerously drinkable.

Bubbly Tinto de Verano Recipe

Ingredients
• Ice
• 3–4 oz chilled Spanish red wine (light & fruity Tempranillo, Garnacha, or Rioja)
• 3–4 oz chilled Prosecco
• 1–2 oz fresh lemon juice
• Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Fill a tiny tap flute with ice.
2. Pour in the chilled Spanish red wine.
3. Add the fresh lemon juice.
4. Top with chilled Prosecco.
5. Give it one gentle stir to blend while keeping the bubbles lively.
6. Garnish with fresh lemon slices. Serve immediately!

Crisp and elegantly refreshing. This Minnesota twist on a classic spritz highlights Dampfwerk’s premium Bartlett pear brandy. Juicy orchard pear meets bubbly prosecco for the perfect sunny day sip.

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Dampfwerk Pear Brandy
• 3 oz chilled Prosecco
• A squeeze of fresh lemon
• Fresh pear or lemon (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Add the Dampfwerk Pear Brandy and a squeeze of fresh lemon to a Tiny Tap Flute filled with ice.
2. Top with chilled Prosecco.
3. Stir gently to combine.

I Love This Spritz So Matcha

Bright spring sunshine in a glass. This vibrant green spritz perfectly marries crisp freshness with lively bubbles for the most balanced, refreshing sip.

• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 1 oz limoncello (chilled)
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• 4–5 oz prosecco
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: lemon wheel and light matcha dusting

1. Whisk the matcha with 2 oz warm water until silky smooth and frothy.
2. Fill a Tiny Tap flute with ice.
3. Add the matcha shot, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently.
