We recently whipped up some lavender spritz cocktails at an event, and they were too good to not share! With just three ingredients, this is the perfect sip for your next tea party. 🫖 Pinkies up!

THE LAVENDER SPRITZ
Ingredients:
- Prosecco
- Lemon juice
- Lavender simple syrup

Directions:
- Add 1 tablespoon of lavender simple syrup and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to your champagne coupe.
- Fill the remaining glass with Prosecco and stir!

First day of December means we transition to all of the Christmas things! Starting with this cocktail by :

SANTA'S SPRITZ 🎅🏼🎄

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 part (1oz/30ml) rhubarb and ginger gin (Edinburgh Gin makes this flavor)
- 2 parts (2oz/60ml) prosecco
- 1 part (1oz/30ml) cranberry juice
- 1 splash tonic water
- 1 sprig rosemary (optional) for serving

DIRECTIONS:
- Measure out the following:
1 part rhubarb and ginger gin
2 parts Prosecco
1 part cranberry juice
- Stir then pour into glasses
- Top with a splash of tonic water and a rosemary sprig

Enjoy!
