Happy hour today at Art Bar, starting at 5pm. They will have 2-4-1 (but one get one free) drink specials on most items. Art Bar offers a variety of alcohol, coffee, tea, art, pool, darts, pinball, and more. Art Bar is located at 722 East Burleigh Street in Riverwest.

So, here's the lingering struggle (since almost the beginning). The group is named Guerrilla GRRL Bar, but with that name, it can be somewhat limiting, offensive, or misleading. So, just to be clear--this gathering/group is, always has been, and always will be an all inclusive, q***r space. Embracing the fluidity, the grey space, and everything in between. However you identify, from one day to the next; however you wave your "freak flag;" however you choose. This is your space.

Now with that said, this is an ever-evolving group that took a hiatus and is back again, with a different approach. What does this mean? It means we won't do the same old shtt every time. :)

So, we'll actually restart in March with something chill. To accommodate several requests to switch up the time frame & give folks a chance who can't do late night, let's do a q***r happy hour this time around. Before Guerrilla Grrl just up and picks a date, what days of the week do people prefer?

PS--We'll pick a weekday sometime between the 20th & 30th.

Guess where we are headed!.... Just Arts Saloon at 181 South 2nd Street in Walkers Point. For those of you who've never been there, remember the golden rule: never judge a book by its cover! This place has a lot of old school charm with new school attitude. Can't wait to see you there!
