Meet the Pork Belly Bun.
We take an airy, pillowy milk bao bun and load it with sweet, tangy pork belly, drizzled in pork glaze and rich Kewpie mayo. Then we stack it high with house-pickled Napa cabbage, carrots, and daikon, crispy fried onions, and crown it with a sunny-side-up quail egg. Rich, crunchy, acid-balanced, and absolutely decadent. At Curb Side Bistro, we’ve always believed that food has the power to bring people together and make a real difference.
Now, we’re asking for your help once again.
As families prepare for a new school year, many children in our community are still in need of backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, and other essential school supplies. Every child deserves the opportunity to walk into their classroom feeling prepared, confident, and excited to learn.

That’s why we’re hosting Tacos 4 School Supplies!

🌮 Donate what you can and enjoy a plate of our freshly made Discada Tacos with all the fixings. We’ll be cooking on-site until we sell out!

❤️ 100% of the proceeds will go directly toward purchasing school supplies and backpacks for local children throughout the Permian Basin.
