Emma's Bar welcome to the Emma's Bar page, this page was set up for friends and family to reflect on the good ol days, lets hear what you remember.

Emma's Bar was always a great place to meet. All friends and family were always welcome. From the best Wednesday Wing Ding to the Friday Fish Fry. Pool, Darts, Video Game and Juke Box. I (Mark Osmak) am the Administrator of this page, if you have any changes or additional information, feel free to contact me or this page for updates. This page does not reflect the bar as it today, since there are new owners of the bar, we wish them well.

Recipe time, who remembers wing night? Or Wing Ding, as we liked to call it. I remember that we would never turn anyone away from eating too many. I don't remember if there was a secret recipe or not, but i do remember this one.

Wings, flour, whisk a couple eggs and bread crumbs (depending on how many you have, the qty of each will change).

Coat each wing with flower as you grab them, place floured wings into whisked egg, coat each with the bread crumbs and set aside (Coating with flour will dry the wings and allow egg to stick). Seasoned bread crumbs is another variation.

Once they are all prepped, you fry until golden brown.

It is very easy, but you will have a hard time not eating all that you make.
