Blümbrau Picobrewery Local SE Michigan startup Brewpub and Beer Garden! Blümbrau Picobrewery (brewery of 1-3 BBL capacity) is a new SE Mich startup brewpub.

The name is primarily a placeholder at the moment until we settle on a location (likely being [xyz] Brewing Company, unless of course we move to Reinheitsgebot, MI). We've been brewing for over 5 years privately and are now finally making the legal moves to open for business!

Here's the first sight of "Stepchild:"

VERY light, refreshing session beer (don't let the color fool you!). Has the drinkability of a pilsner yet it has subtle spicy notes and a low IBU of an Irish Red.

This would be the perfect beer to introduce a friend to craft beer with because of the drinkability. It's also going to pair well with the hard work of Spring cleaning!

I can get you some as early as this weekend, just let me know. $1 ea!

Smooth, light, red beer at 4.6% just in time for St. Patty's day

"Stepchild" has been brewed and is now embarking on a 4 week journey to becoming a full grown woman in a process I like to call The Miracle of Beer.

This being the second big batch, I was able to fix the sediment issues and shouldn't have any haze!

Expect it the week before St. Patty's day with about 5% abv and a copper red color!
