**SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT**
George T. Richards has retired!
Saturday, July 20th was the last day you could get Ghost burgers and hotdogs!

He is retired.
After 26 years it is the time in his life for him to travel and take it easy.
Although, we aren't certain if he actually knows how to 'take it easy'!

Saturday, July 20th was our last day of business to be open to the public as J. Lorraine, Texas Ghost Town Austin.
J. Lorraine is the owner,
George T. Richards, daughters name.

He's passing the torch!
Wish him well in his retirement👻

We realize this is on the spot notice.
We entered a non-disclosure agreement with the buyer.

The Ghost Town will be under new, trustworthy, and well established ownership.

Ghost Town will be closed at least a couple of months!

My friends who have a business I’m needing your help! I’m raffling a large basket at the Lunar Landing Festival for people who bring a minimum of two school supplies to donate for the 14th annual R.O.S.E.S back to school events that will be held August 10th! I partner with Rose Smith every year for the event but want to do more this year. If you are willing to donate something from your business to the basket, comment, dm, text, email or however we communicate. This is a great way to get your business name out to someone who may not know you exist.

Donations do not have to be tangible such as a shirt or something like that you can give a coupon or a gift card. Heck you can buy from a business you love to support but just make sure you include your contact info as well. I want the credit for the items to go where it should . For example if say my friend Tephanie Hargrove Manor gave a $25 gift card to Walmart, I want them to know that Tephanie has a business and wanted to be a blessing by supporting another business. Write a little message to go with it. I promise you will get you flowers when the winner receives the basket.

SN: Tephanie no pressure or intent by using you in my example you just dropped in my spirit and I know you have a big heart and would understand. Make sure you check E-Infinity Realty out as well as her broker and credit repair businesses out. Tephanie is an amazing realtor and business woman who can help you get into the home of your dreams all across Texas!
