We are pleased to announce our upcoming event, the 2nd Annual Big Blue Bash, Friday, June 9th, 6:00 - 10:30pm at Oakwood Country Club. This fundraiser for the EC Glass Band programs is an enchanting evening of Dinner, Dancing and Fun! A delicious meal will be accompanied by the fabulous Big Band sounds of the EC Glass Jazz Ensemble. You will feel transported to the era of Glenn Miller and Duke Ellington, Strings of Pearls and A-Trains, the Bop and the Jitterbug.

We invite you to visit the website, www.thebigbluebash.com and order tickets to attend our event. There are several options to save with volume purchases. We recommend using the link for “My School Bucks” under the “Tickets” tab in the top right corner of the page. There is no processing fee to use “My School Bucks” and you may use it as a “guest”.

We understand this is late notice, but we wanted to be sure to contact as many people as possible in the hopes that some of you are looking for a wonderful evening out that also benefits a program that is near and dear to your hearts. MAKE THE BASH A SMASH!

Please consider being a sponsor of our Big Blue Bash - Jazz Gala to support the EC Glass Band Programs. There is an opportunity for everyone at any level from being a Title Sponsor for the event, to providing an in-kind donation, to purchasing tickets and more. It is our desire to have the event covered 100% by sponsorships allowing us to give back all of the proceeds for the evening to the needs of the award winning E.C. Glass Band Programs.

The E.C. Glass Band Boosters support about 80% of the $85,000 budget that provides an opportunity for all students to be able to participate in a variety of Band and Music Programs at this blue ribbon school. We are a non-profit organization with a 501(c)3 and all contributions are tax deductible.

This event will take place on June 9, 2017 from 6:00-10:30 pm at Oakwood Country Club. Tickets will be on sale through June 2nd online through our website www.thebigbluebash.com .
