Meet Amanda Frederick, Programs Co-Chair of the SMPS Kentucky Board.

Amanda serves as a Marketing Coordinator at ERDMAN and brings 16 years of marketing experience to the A/E/C industry. She has been involved with the SMPS Kentucky Board for two years.

Amanda values the opportunity to regularly connect with other professionals in the industry and appreciates that SMPS programming is tailored to support meaningful professional growth. She finds each event both relevant and impactful to her development.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys interior decorating, billiards, crafting, exploring nature, and learning about history.

Meet Brandi Rimpsey, Programs Co-Chair of the SMPS Kentucky Board.

Brandi works in Business Development and Marketing at LMH Architecture and brings four years of experience in the A/E/C industry. She has been an active member of the SMPS Kentucky Board for three and a half years.

Brandi values the welcoming and collaborative nature of the SMPS community. The connections she has built have grown into meaningful relationships, and she appreciates the openness and support shared across the industry.

Outside of work, Brandi enjoys life as a dedicated sports mom, supporting her family across baseball, track, football, and college soccer. She also channels her creativity by designing uniforms and spirit wear for her husband’s athletic apparel business, Competition Ready Gear.
