We’re hosting a garden-themed class where you will build a Terrarium. Danika Basista of will help you create a terrarium: filling clear glass bowls or teapots with ferns, fittonias, and other greenery. These miniature gardens make wonderfully sustainable gifts. All plants are grown with care using regenerative farming.

🍇Farming our vineyard for 13 years, Joseph Gali has learned which grape varieties need certain types of pruning and divided canopy management systems. For example, our smallest grape clusters – the Swan clone of Pinot Noir grapes – benefit from cane pruning to increase cluster size by giving them more space to balance shoot growth and exposure to sunlight.

☀️Other grape varieties in our vineyard do well with spur-pruning, where shorter, thicker vine branches (spurs) are pointed upward and downward from a mid-height, mature cane (called a cordon). This distributes the density of grape bunches and foliage. Our clone 17 chardonnay grapes are grown this way.

🍇We love Pinot Noir and grow six different clones in our vineyard. Not only is this grape alluringly diverse in its expressions, it offers finesse in the glass. For the month of February, we’re offering 30% off 2 or more bottles of the 2022 Pinot Noir.*

With aromas of cranberry, orange zest and warm spice, the wine’s medium body and plush fruit complement a variety of dishes. Integrated tannins from 18 months of aging in 15% new French oak – plus time in bottle – yield a lingering finish full of milk chocolate. 🍷

Pair with roasted duck in orange sauce, pasta carbonara, butternut squash and black bean stew, roasted vegetables with Moroccan spices, or turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce and arugula. 👩🏻‍🍳
