We just invested in a 10 gallon all stainless tower pilot-system for brewing test batches and developing recipes. We dont have a beer license yet, so we can't sell you beer... but we can GIVE IT AWAY for free!!

We developed the first draft of our production schedule today! Four fermentors will allow us to brew up to 8 batches per month, which means fresh beer every few days!!
