OK, here goes: a few weeks ago, we got some wings that did not live up to our standard. They were small and stupid. We're sorry. Not going to blame anyone, simply going to let you know that we figured it out and fixed it. Come in now and you'll find this lovely, juicy, twice-cooked, perfectly sized, perfectly sauced buffalo wings that you have grown to expect from us.

We always say that the product we sell isn't wings or beer or burgers or pizza or mezcal or even the Dodgers, Spurs, Eagles, or Bucks... It's the experience... But the problem is that when our wings are not as good as usual, neither is the experience.

So, it's fixed. The wings are big and juicy, the beer is cold and fresh, the burgers are charbroiled, the pizza is crispy, the mezcal is smoky and everything else you like (or hate) about us is in concert. Sorry about the last few weeks.

Holy Buckeye! We're back.
For the first time since the Urban Meyer era, we are once again an official viewing location for THE Ohio State Buckeyes.

This means open for every game, breakfast, drink specials, sound on, etc.

Season starts Saturday. We're open early. See you then.

It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you that today, Thursday, after twelve-and-a-half remarkable years, we are going to be closed while they film a commercial. This means that you'll be unable to find NELA's best wings, coldest beer, and most stunningly attractive staff until Friday.

We realize this sucks, but thankfully, Folliero's Pizza
Is open... So is HomeState. So just chill out, remember the Dodgers are off, and it's hot out, anyways. Spend some time with your family. Go down to Videoteque and rent an old movie. I think Manhunter is free on Prime, rn.

For those already going through soccer withdrawals, we are extremely proud and excited to announce that for the thirteenth year, we will be the home of the LASpurs, Los Angeles's officially recognized Tottenham Hotspur supporters club.

We are open for EVERY game (including the 4a ones). We have a full breakfast menu, tons of TVs, and this energy, all season long.

If the World Cup made you a soccer fan and you're looking for a side to support, let me recommend Spurs

Well…that was fun.

The last thirty-nine days have been the most hectic, fun, exhausting, and exhilarating days since we opened this bar twelve-and-a-half years ago. We shared some of the most breathtaking triumphs we’ve ever had and some of the deepest heartbreaks. But, and this is the most important and resonant aspect: we did it together.

And that is what I’ll remember most from this World Cup. Not the goals, the late comebacks, or the stunning collapses; but the shared experience that you, the people of NELA brought to this little corner bar every day / night for more than a month. You lined up outside before we opened, sang and danced and cheered through rain delays, through nil-nil slogs, and through some of the most tense and fraught clashes in the history of the sport. You held hands, you screamed, you cried, you showed us all what a special community NELA is. And the thing that will never, ever, ever be lost on me, is that you woke up and decided “Today I want to watch my team, and I want to do so at The Greyhound.”

And that tiny little fact, that seems so simple and austere, is the thing that keeps us going. For each of you that chose us, we thank you. We thank you for making this bar and this community. We thank you for keeping the lights on, the beer pouring, and the songs soaring.

I think it’s safe to say that we’ll never have another month like the 2026 World Cup, but thanks to the thousands of people that made this place home this summer, our community is more robust than ever. Thanks to you all. See you for whatever’s next.
