We are so excited to be back at the Autry! Morning sound baths are such a great way to start your day. Yeah, it may be hard to get up early on a Sunday, but man, is it worth it! Broaden your perspective with breathwork, meditation, and art!

What a lovely Saturday afternoon! We all came together to enjoy the energy of the full moon and then went out into the evening to take a peak at it. The Progressive Relaxation part of our Yoga Nidra intro dropped participants deeply into the spacious awareness between wakefulness and sleep. One guest said he lost me at the elbow (I guided them through the whole body). Another said she dropped in after I guided them to relax their cheeks (the third cue). It is so nice to touch down and feel comfortable enough to pause and receive. Thank you for joining us and sharing your rejuvenation with us!
