“I realized that the supply chain for sake wasn't designed for American consumers.
Combined with the complex alcohol regulations, it was difficult to find good sake at reasonable prices. So two months ago, we rebranded to palate project, because we believe the taste of sake transcends cultures.

We worked directly with producers in Japan, cutting through the intermediaries as much as possible. This is our project to bring true value back to sake.”

NEW Dassai Blue “Yuzu” is a refreshing fusion of junmai daiginjo sake and aromatic yuzu citrus. It’s crafted from a blend of Dassai Blue “50,” high-quality yuzu juice, water and a touch of sugar to create a smooth, vibrant expression at 11% ABV. Bright citrus notes complement elegant layers of melon, pineapple and vanilla, finishing crisp, clean and light. Enjoy it well chilled.
