After months of planning, painting, and tasting we are finally ready for you! We have 100+ cheeses, all the crackers, jams, and chocolates you could ever want, + charcuterie, wine, and beer from among others!!!

Please come celebrate our official grand opening on September 10! If you want a sneak preview, we are currently open for limited hours Wednesday through Saturday (hours in bio). Expanded hours coming next month.

Is it Halloween yet? We just got a wheel of Red Witch in the shop. It is a an unpasteurized cow milk cheese with a paprika-rubbed rind that is aged for 8 months. The end result is a buttery-bacony tasting firm cheese that melts in your mouth (is bacony an actual word or did I just make it up?).

I call this cozy spot “the Pews.” It’s shaping up to be everyone’s favor spot for some wine and cheese.
